GEICO!

So I was cruisin on a highway yesterday, in the middle of nowhere, and my motorcycle just stopped running. I have Geico insurance and was able to get towed back to home for free. It was an option that I was able to add to my insurance for about eight bucks a year and highly recommend to anyone. Just wanted to share that with everyone here in case it's time to renew your insurance and you haven't considered Geico yet.

That is an excellent tip. I need to check my policy.

Doesn't AMA membership also have that as an option?

I am also going to check my gieco...we have AAA but never thought about the bike....

they told me i would have to updaye my policy to the fire/theft/other driver...42 more per year...plus they said that they showed a kz900 in cherry condition was worth 3500....very good 1900....decent 1100.....i can not find one advertised for less than 45-5500 in cali...and they both are not restored show bikes...the clean one on ebay is at 8800....so???I'll stick to my basic insurance and spend the 42 on gas

I called AAA as we have them for my Gal and I and use the unlock or tow feature about once a year...they said I can have four tows each for my gal and I...and the bike was added to those tows ...up to 200 miles......for 50 a year more...covers both our cards...4 each.....but she said since my policy will re-new in 2 months that for 8 dollars she will upgrade us both for now pro rated....I am trying the new policy for the 8 bucks since it is bike week and the GP coming and we now have second bike week and wsbk coming....i may downgrade and save 50 in a few months
