Pics of the KZ1000

I just wanted to thank everyone for helping me out. Well as I said here are some pics of the bike. It has just under 14,000 miles on it. I think it had spokes but was sometime switched to the mags. I thought the fairing was a Windjammer but has Kawasaki on it. Did it come from the factory that way or was it dealer installed. The backrest and side bags are added, I can see that. But I am not sure about the seat. But he is asking $600.00 for it. Battery is dead and it has not been started in about 5 years. Small dent in the right side of tank and the "Kawasaki" emblem is gone. But it is all stock, and seems to be all th

Great the pictures went through. First time I have ever done that. Well does anyone wanna take the armchair quarterback guess and give a guess if the bike is worth $600.00? Always thought these bikes were cool. Even though I am a Honda guy this is what John and Ponch rode, and that was a BIG influnce on me liking motorcycles. I am restoring a Z-50A K2, and I think this might be a great project. Surprised I didn't see one at the KC bike show last week. thank you...jimmy

I think 600 sounds like a good price. Looks like you have some work to do on her to clean her up and such, but that still sounds like a good price for that bike.

Looks like its got a MK II front end by the black fork legs , and that fender.

The back wheel looks like a MK II piece too!!!

I'd say it needs quite a bit of work to get to look new. I'd say that if you don't pony up the 600 please let me know, I would gladly buy that for twice the price.
