Assuming you searched the www and didn't find anything that suits your needs, why not cut it yourself and have it reupholstered? Shaping the foam is super easy. I laid out where to cut with a sharpie, cut off chunks with an electric carving knife, and shaped with an angle grinder and sanding disk. The shaping is slow, which is good for preventing mistakes, and super messy. Foam boogers fly everywhere.

One place to try is DimeCityCyles. Or search the internet for Cafe Racer seats or something like that? Whatever is available, you're probably going to have to do some sort of modification. If you end up carving the foam yourself, a common tool to use is an electric carving knife.
