I'll check your thread out again Mark, thanks.

Les...The pictures are showing up now...that arm looks awesome! When you have a chance, can you measure axle to axle?

Direct bolt to the KZ frame?

Thanks for the compliment! I make all my arms to be direct bolt in as possible. You will need to aquire the correct axle spacers but the front is a drop in. About 20-1/4 from forward adjustment to about 21-1/2 back adjustment. So your looking at about a total of 2-1/2" over stock at full back. It can be made shorter if necessary but with this design the shock mounts aren't in an ideal location is why it's a little longer.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThis is what I'm talking about.....absolutely mind boggling!!

A regular old GS swingarm just went for $345!! I literally couldn't get $50 for the same arm last year. WTF is going on???

Les's arms are sexy, but if you go ZRX, I have a pretty slick pivot setup to adapt it to the KZ. I bet Leon can whittle you out an adapter for it. It is in my build thread under the "Projects".

I think there's a lot of money to be made on "conversion" pieces for cool parts like the ZRX swingarms or usd forks. Guys will buy the parts needed to make this stuff "bolt on".

the only problem i see is that for the conversions it takes tools that not everyone has.
hyd. press,lathe,mill.
so that means that whoever is doing the conversion pieces would need to buy the triples and swingarms do the machine work and then sell them as bolt-on.
i have done several front end conversions and swingarm conversions for members to help them get there projects done.

but they buy the parts send them to me and i convert them and send them back as a bolt-on.

we have several talented members that have machining and fab abilities just find one that is close to or you like the most or ask someone else where they had their work done.

les holt,me,zed1015 in the uk.i am sure tomw would help someone out with some machine work if needed.

don't hesitate to pm these guys and ask for help or opinions.
if you see some mods on someones bike ask em who done it.
we are all here to help keep this whole kz addiction thing in high gear and
ON THE GAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
