G'day, new bloke here, I am interested to find out some information about the KZ 750 twin. Back in the late 1970's I can't remember them being here in Australia. They are a really nice looking bike and I was wondering if they were a big seller in the USA. I still havn't figured out the different designation for the KZ 750 four and the twin. I was watching an auction on eBay where this KZ 750 twin went for $3100 with 1200 miles on it but it was in Florida, if it were nearer CA I would have bid on it.

Nope. Not a big seller in the US. The twin craze slowly and quietly died when the 4 cylinders came out. Shame too. I imagine that one in FL sold high because of low mileage and condition. Not typical. Check out Lonesome Twin if your over the pond. This too for a great bunch of twin junkies. www.armbell.com/forum/index.php?mforum=kz400

It's the kind of bike that isn't fast but is still incredibly fun. My favorite ride yet, you will not be disappointed.

Go green, buy a Kawasaki!
