My drill press is junk who can help??

I am making some flanges for the intakes that I am building. But I need the tolerances to be tighter than my drill press wants to allow. here is a of pic what I am after. I need the to large holes to be 1 1/2" to accept the 1 1/2" o.d. tubing. It is a simple piece but my drill press is cheap and wants to wallor out the holes. Any chance one of my KZ brothers feel up to the task? Ill send the supplies and you drill the holes :side:
