routing clutch and throttle cables was created by hesh.monster
Anyone have any good tips for routing my cables. I have an 83 Spectre 750 and just switched the stock baby ape hangers out for clubmans, needless to say my clutch and throttle are binding up a bit. I really don't want to have to disconnect them and run new ones but I suppose if it is unavoidable I can. I am more or less looking for someone who has done something similar but kept the stock cables, i'm thinking I might be able to route them outside the headlight mounts but any other opinions or options are welcomed.

thanks for the shots, I ended up trying out some different things and even with the cables free as a bird with no light mounted they are the same as before(sluggish). I realize now that in my over zealous schoolboyish haste that I failed to pay attention to the fact that it's only about 35 degrees out in my non-heated clay brick garage lol /facepalm  I think I may need to let it get a little warmer before trying things out.

On a side note I just wasted $250.00 on new ignition coils hoping to fix my idle and stumbling problems (as advised by the owner of the local Kawi shop) only to fire it up and have it tun exactly the same as it did with the originals...yay. time to take it to the carb guru...$$$ :pinch:

heres a quick vid of it if anyone cares to see
