Routine lube points

Especially after washing, I routinely add a smidgen of oil to the:
handlebar lever pivot points
exposed external carb linkage
foot brake pivot
foot peg pivots
seat hinges
seat lock
tank cap lock (where applicable)
drum brake rod ends (if applicable)
swivel on kick start
kick stand pivot

Plus sometimes a spritz of WD40 into the switches to displace any moisture, followed by blowing out with compressed air. Sorry, MFolks :( , as I suspect that Deoxit would indeed be a better choice.

A grease nipple on the swingarm pivot is nice to have, and wish all bikes were so equipped.
Have thought about adding a grease nipple to that location, but never tried it.

Good Fortune! :)

Good reminder to lube up critical points periodically.
Also a good time for a visual check of the bike.
