also this thing about who rode the furthest is the one with the big beach balls or whatever is total tool talk....if the map has a pin on it and it is the next pin to speak up...whether it is down the block or the next state, that is just the way it is and has nothing to do at all with the ride being fun, hell I'll do my stretch in car with my tank in the trunk if I want to.......there is no time limit...the ride may next go over the sea, abroad ,and back again...then can go north south to the tip of Brazil.....no one member, having ridden what they deem to be a "real distance" on a real kz, can start chucking internet rocks...
This thing was fun until about a week ago when I started asking wtf why is so quiet and where are we at....
Blame me...tell me to play nice...get the flag out of nowhereville and take some pictures of it

Not really sure who you are addressing but I will answer. Why don't you put some of that pent up angst and energy to good use. I suggest getting on a bike and ride east, meet me at the Continental Divide. You can have the flag. You can then be the one everyone else questions and wonder when it will move. You can be back in plenty of time for the Moto GP and such. Idea: You have a gathering of many motorcycle enthusiasts for that event right in your own back yard. You may even have some KZ Rider members coming to the race. You could hand it off and not even leave town. What a deal!

BTW, by the tone and content of your rants er postings, I would say it is meds time. Seriously, you ok?

whatever dude...i said what I had to say....and no i wont ride to cont divide but thank you for the kind offer..

I will have nothing more to type to you and will await some updates on the ride page....there are like 6 threads going and that has nothing to do with you...there are members who are closer who are not taking part....which also is not your fault...because members want to know what riders are chatting and setting up the next meet, does not mean we dont understand why this sometimes is very hard to get settled........my last post to ever respond to this bullshit

enjoy your ride and thanks for being part of this and for relaying the flag forward...sorry you got stuck with it if that is the case

Wish I could ride with you but Im starting 8 weeks of radiation for my latest cancer soon.

But I can offer you a place to stay 35 miles west of Detroit if that helps make the trip work for you. Ask Les Holt, I got a nice crib on the lake and 2 workshops for bikes if needed..

Let me know

Dave, hope it goes well for ya!
Oh, Damn nice crib and looking forward to another hookup and maybe some seat time instead of snow storms! LOL

The Relay Ride may be temporarily stalled in Omaha and being held by Goodfastncheap. He has done his part by accepting the hand-off from Tom W. He simply does not have anyone willing/ready to step up and receive The Flag from him. Goodfastncheap is willing and able to run the flag to a KZ Rider from Kansas who offered to take the hand off. However, that member has been offline for some time, wheat harvesting and such. Let's all lend Peter, aka Goodfastncheap a hand and help him by staying positive and by getting involved. I am ready to head out to Omaha where Peter and I and maybe SaxJonz will ride the Flag into Kansas. If Nate can help or even just meet us there, great! We have then included a Kansas KZ Rider. We can then begin the trek to CO or other Rocky Mountain State. I will include a link to this posting in the Rocky Mountain Leg 4 thread in hopes others will notice and step up to lend a hand. This help can take the form of networking to find a relay rider to advance the flag. Or, get their own KZ and/or vintage Kawasaki out to be part of a great experience! B)

I might be able to help if the flag is still here in Omaha in early August. Until then, I'm tied to my desk trying to wrap up a project.

Where did the flag need to go in Kansas? If not Kansas, where does it need to go?

It would be great to have you along or help advance the flag. If you would like an update on the KZR Flag Relay check out the following other threads. >>>>

I can also connect you to Peter aka Goodcheapnfast. He is in Omaha and currently holds the flag. Our main objective is advancing the flag west. The Kansas portion can be accomplished easily enough. It is crossing the Great Plain and getting someone to accept the Flag in the Rockies that has been the real challenge recently. The flag will move soon. Feel free to contact me.
