Tail of the Dragon Ride (Deals Gap)....

Just thinking out loud here.. Anyone interested in getting together this summer and Riding the Dragon?

I plan on going up late summer, maybe around the time of the Barber Vintage Festival and spending a few days riding the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, Devils Triangle, etc..

No time, or date set at this point, just gauging the interest. Might even be able to coordinate around the Relay Ride. Hell, maybe turn into a KZ Rally!

Thoughts? Interest?

I always wanted to ride the Dragon but that would be a long ride from the west coast.

If I was a single man I'd be down with that Boostable. Alas, no such chance for me . You may be able to catch the Relay going North on the second leg.

I know this is an older thread but I was sitting here reading old threads and found this so I wanted to bump it to the top to see if anyone was interested now that its warmer. Boostable Im interested if you would like to do this ride. I have a fairly flexible summer schedule so if your still interested let me know.

Im still planning to make this trip, one way or the other. If we could get a group together that would be great!! I am going to Gatlinburg in June and may take the bike up then as well and try to make a day trip over. But the main trip will be around the Barber trip on the fall.
