Riding point to point on the map is fine but nobody should think they have to, meeting any point between two of the relayers is fine. Meet half way or at any point really, whatever works for you guys. The red line between riders is just a directional thing not anything that has to be closely followed in the real world.

Still would really like to get a rider from Mississippi or one close to it so the hand-off from KZCM could happen there then get passed to enaz1 or another Alabama rider. There's still time so hopefully someone will step up from that area before this leg starts.

Modified the map again to indicate confirmed relayers, thanks again to all who are going to participate!

Can u add me to the map. I'm only an hour or so from a bunch of kz riders like rstnick . i can work with them to keep it moving.

I have my passport, so I could carry it from say Buffalo, NY - Toronto, ON, CA

Tek, I'll update the map to confirm you. Haven't heard from Jack yet but if guys in Canada can work out the logistics between you guys that would be great! Just let me know what you guys decide and I'll make it part of the plan so everyone involved in Leg#2 can know the plan. We can kind of build a time schedule for this things progress across the route once everyone checks in.

it will depend on where it comes across the border. i can look after it if its on the east end of lake ontario, and others live at the west end. so when we see were its going to come across we can organize it better.

Right now , it would be an easy trip for Marty to bring it up at the west end of the lake to TeK9iNe in Niagara
. We would need someone else to sign on if we wanted to get to the east end. But that’s not necessary.
After TeK9iNe, it would end up with Jack in London. I know there are more Ontario riders out there that can pitch in to get it to Jack. I’ll have to track them down from the members pages.
Then were stuck, at Jacks, without more riders.

i'm sure there are a lot of guys that would help, but may not have visited the forum for a long while.
i have a list of the ontario members from Rob, but dont know how to contact them, unless i pm each one.

Once I hear from a few of the MIA's I'll start putting your guys meeting places you've suggested to a map and post them here.

When two riders meet to pass the flag off try to find a photo friendly spot that has a town or the state name on a sign. Kind of adds to the fun of seeing where this flag has been. If you're in the witness protection program or just hate getting your photo taken then you can just leave your helmet on!

If that isn't possible at the meeting point then a photo posted here of you and the flag in each state you pass through would be great too! (or you can send it to me to post if you prefer)

The first leg is shooting for a start of March 12th I believe so that gives us a vague idea of when this thing might get to us to start leg#2.

I might be up for a trip to the TN KY line not sure I want to go all the way to Owensboro, especially if we do the Mississippi leg. But I definetly would enjoy riding together watever ride or leg we get!

I'm in, live in Owen Sound, Ontario. I see on the map that there is a spot between 14 and 15 that I could grab. I'm flexible so anytime is ok with me as long as I know a few days in advance to let my wife know.

As mentioned in the main thread, I live in Moscow Ontario, North of Napanee. I would love to join but my KZ/GPz are out of commission at the moment. If we want to move the flag up north to Jeffasaki or east from Mark to the border (no passport) near wellsely island or whatever I am down for sure.

Sounds awasome, but please remember: We have in the past had significant snow and minus 10 degree weather in march. April usually consistes of torrential downpours with temps barely above 0 We-shall-see approach is best.

Hey Tek, it's the 1st leg that is starting in March, we probably won't get the flag until later in the spring or sometime in the summer even. I'm hoping that those of us in the 2nd leg will have it ready to go on to the 3rd leg before the end of summer. I would be amazed if the flag has made it past the halfway point by the end of the year, just a lot of ground to cover IMHO.

I would love to ride along anywhere between Detroit and Chicago but at this point I don't have a running KZ...it is possible that I may by the time this comes around
