You're not going to big house or anything are you?!

Do what you can and don't do what you can't but I hope you're still able to participate at some level.

Well at least they caught him and hopfully I'll get some restitution. I cant make any plans from that day on, you never know how long the courts are going to take.

Hi JyDog, Flyndrive will pass it on to Boostable on the 12th or 13th. If it is passed on before the 26th, like the 17th or 18th would it still be doable for you? Don't worry about committing. I think everyone here is playing it by ear to varying degrees (bikes still being worked on and so forth). Hope you can make it. But then again, I hope I can as well. I'm still putting everything back together.

Maybe it will, I hope the guy cops a plea deal and we can skip the court. I was looking forward to meeting you also.

Maybe he will.. I recently finished a court issue I got sucked into. My truck was broken into and the dumbass stole my 45 out of the glove box. Don't think he realized stealing a firearm is a felony here. Facing 5yrs he plead guilty (3yrs proba, 300hrs Comm Service, etc).

Anyway, not the thread for my rambling, just stay focused on the bike and make sure she is ready to roll.. "just in case" :)

BTW, I just Thanked You, not sure for what, but Im sure I have or will forget to thank you for something in the future.. LOL

Oh no! T_Dub might be out of the East Coast leg as well. He's moving from Newfoundland. That would be our last two riders.

What year is the Vulcan? I don't think the flag has to be transported on KZs but I think it should be vintage Kawasakis.

That sucks. I can't speak for the group and maybe someone should ask 650ed since this was his idea, but I think we need to find another way to cover Maine. Maybe RonnieV can hit it.

Personally, I'm totally cool with anyone on any bike riding along for the relay (even those American made bikes). I just think in order to be a KZR relay the flag needs to go on vintage Kawisakis all the way.

For me vintage is 20+ years old.

I may have suggested the idea, but I don't make any rules ;) Having said that, the original intent was for KZ's to carry the token. If there are states that simply cannot be represented by a KZ I would think a member on a vintage Kaw would serve as a reasonable substitute. At least it would be a KZR rider for the KZR relay. And of course, any friends on any bikes would be welcomed escorts for the KZ riders. But again, whatever the group decides is perfectly fine with me; I'm just another rider in this relay. Ed

P.S. Even bikes with pods or the coil mod should be allowed to participate  :woohoo:
