Yes, it is going to be a race for me as well JyDog. Mine is not in the same league as your build, but my time is very limited. But this is great motivation for me to get it all done. It would be great if you make it to Panama City. You, myself, KZCM and I think Boostable has an interest in riding there. Maybe KZCM would be interested in escorting you part way back to Griffin. But this is something to workout between yourselves.

KZJOE900,
Im going to put off a few things in my build for this, like EFI etc.. Just the basics to get her road worthy. All she needs to do is make it 250 miles back home. Right now she needs some depends. The old girl gave up her seals on the shifter and has a 10" puddle of new oil under her. No fancy sportbike gas cap, No paint, minimal lights, probably going to clear the tank in raw steel. My wife might be riding with me on her suzuki ls650 she got for Christmas so the more the merrier. Plenty of cold beer in PCB

Haggard, I think the working plan would involve you picking up the object from 650 Ed (MD) and taking it to U Wish U Could Ride (CT).

I wonder if Linsk (if he is still in the game) would pick the flag up from me in northeeast MD or southwest Delaware and take the flag to Haggard in NJ. Then Haggard could head north with it? Just an idea; but Linsk hasn't posted in a couple months, so I'm not sure if he is still riding. Ed

i could head down to maryland or delaware. im about 2 1/2 hours or so from bmore and it would be an excuse to hang out with my boys from bmore xtreme. im right in south central jersey in the pines so that wont be to bad for me.

That sounds good to me. We can figure out a place/time once the folks further south let me know when & where they can pass me the flag. Ed

As long as my bike is ready in time, I've got anywhere between fairmont WV and Pittsburgh covered (and perhaps further if need be). One of my all-time favorite rides is old Rt.19 between morgantown WV and washington PA, if anyone would like to join me.

Are you on the map cobura? If not you get put your self on if you already have a Google account. Or I can put pin marker in Pittsburgh for you if you like.
