Ever have one of those days where nothing goes right? Well today wasn't it! I've been experimenting with the rear brake setup and believe I nailed it. Feels good sitting on the bike and completely pushed down it missus the header by about a 1/2". Action is smooth and consistant and appearance is clean.

Looks good. Don't forget to perform the "Oh shit! Super stomp brake test." The lever looks plenty strong, but the bent actuation rod might buckle in an emergency stop. I killed my first effort at a shift lever with a big ole size 12 downshift. It had a similarly bent rod to clear the kickstand.

i have been holding this back for awhile but it has finally gotten to the point where i am forced to have to implore you to make your pictures BIGGER :woohoo: .

i am sure they post well but if you could find it in your heart to increase the size by like maybe twice  1089x817 seems to work nicely also :P .

i for one would be forever greatful. :silly:

A little update, I sent things out for powder coat and while waiting I decided to check valve lash and leak down only to find it was weak on 1 cylinder, really blowing out the oil fill. Pulled the top end only to find a cracked sleeve. All things considered it ran pretty well but, not good enough. I't already had 1075 kit so I'm not gaining anything putting the other one on but it did set me back a couple days. I did manage to get some of the powder coated stuff on last night and most of the wiring is done in the battery box area.

I put colored LED's in the gauge holder to simulate the same layout as stock then took the plastic lens covers from an old switch plate and inset them.

OH, Ramtough, this will be the same top tree for yours except yours will have bosses for stock gauge holders.
