I'm considering buying a Kawasaki GPZ1100, mainly so I can have use of the motor (mainly the cylinderblock and the gearbox), and if I buy it I'll try and sell all of the other parts. And I though of checking with you on the forum if there would ba any parts that you would be intrested in. The seller claims it's complete, but I can see from the picture that the rear shocks have been replaced with some red kind, and the indicators looks like a smaler aftermarket type.

It's the first version of the GPZ1100, the one without the fairing and such, but of course with the DFI. I'm asuming that all of the parts will be there, the coils, bodywork, chassie, wiring and so on

I'm doing this not to make a huge profit, just to get the money back from buying the whole bike and just using some of the parts. Since I'm living in Sweden there will be a higher shipping cost on my behalf, so I'm guessing you from the US would (if at all) be intrested in smaler parts from it. If there is enough intrest in some of the parts I'll probably buy it, if not I'll let it go and try and colect the parts I need on Ebay and such.

Here is the picture in the add:

EDIT: Added some more pictures that the guy e-mailed me just now, I'm asking him about the price and wether or not he sells parts separate. Seems like the bike is an import seeing how it has the MPH on the outer rim on the speedometer.

Ouch! Never seen a yellow GPz1100 before...BUT, I'd be interested in the tail cowl, sidecovers, right and left switch blocks, right and left handlebars and handlebar holders, and the rear turn signal bracket (if in an undamaged condition). PM me if you acquire the bike and would be interested in selling those to me.

BTW, what I'm seeing in the pictures, tells me that the bike is a 1982 GPz model (KZ1100-B2) rather than the first year GPz (1981 B1)...or maybe a weird hodgepodge of 1981 and 1982 parts...the VIN will tell....motor looks 1982, though.

I'm kinda leaning towards buying the bike, since there seem to be some intrest for parts here, I'm just waiting for some correnspondens with the buyer and I'm hoping to buy it as cheap as possible, so you and I can get parts for beloow E-bay prices.
