Found a MKII... Rough. What's it worth?

Pretty gruesome looking...

Just what I need after my enormous Z1R total resto...

It's a high miler and the original owner (of 2) had the frame gusseted to keep it from flexing???

I'm getting more pics but I am unsure if I want to tackle this one.

A3 and A4 models in excellent condition can bring up to US$6000 - $8000....the bike in the photo would bring considerably less, say US$1000 - $2000. If you can get it for less, I'd do so...you can always invest time in cleaning and flip it for a tidy profit later.

The fact someone did "frame gusseting" worries me... Hopefully the pics I get will show this extra "work"

that will make a killer bike...depends on what you call restoring...that bike is enough there to not even need to ask,even as a spare bike ,when done it will rock

others here have got lucky too....you fall in love with em...they were the last kz,and they are so cool to ride....like a sleeker smaller gpz1000-1100

there are members here who can get you a clean MKII frame or body parts ect....i found a package on my doorstep once a month after i got mine and posted the pics and porject list...members kicked in....
