Because they are immune from Hemorrhoids, spine problems, Butt Crack Spackeling, Kidney Shankroids and see no problemo in the future from wearing a bag to crap in. Many of us are immune to everything but Kryptonite. Many of us do not consider our future health to be a problem either because we think we'll never make it anyway or science will soon provide frog DNA that will allow us to regrow any damaged or wore out body parts. Also Oxycontin masks any pains. It's freedom baby!
