Most sought after Kaws and why?

I sort of fell into the world of vintage Kawasakis and I'm still trying to find my way around. I love the look of these old bikes and am trying to learn enough to keep my '79 KZ750 on the road.

I know this will be pretty subjective and everyone is drawn to different bikes for different reasons. What I'm trying to figure out is which of the old Kaws are the most sought after, most rare, most collectable? and if possible why?

It seems like there's a lot of interest in the Z1s for example. Are they rare? Were they super bikes of their day?

Just trying to get a sense of the landscape and history of all these old Kaws.
