Sounds like a good price i to like those gpz's. I brought my 80 kz1000 a4 new had a 1075 kit done 1988 at 28,000 miles now the bike has 54,000 on it still has stock cluch and trans no problems.If the bike is in good shape and if it was rebuilt like he said it was why not its worth that in parts alone.Check the inside of gas tank for rust good luck
