KZ_Rage wrote: Just a caveat on Kawasaki.com, I needed some parts for the KZ550 that showed "active" and they weren't as the dealer placed the order and then was advised by Kawasaki it wasn't, apparently they are a little slow on updating the system. Still it's 99% most of the time.
What parts were you looking for?

I replaced the fork seals and both bushings on my KZ550 last month with Kawasaki parts and they were available, unless yours takes a different part number than mine.

Second - Find a Kawasaki dealer who doesn't have his head up his ass. Kawasaki may not be "making parts" for these bikes but there are many many parts still avaialble from Kawasaki for these bikes. If there is no other dealer in your area order from the internet as I had suggested in my previous posting.
Third - for those parts that are not available from Kawasaki there are other sources for new old stock (NOS) parts that are left over from dealer inventories and there are also tons of aftermarket parts (such as cables and such) being made for our bikes.
BTW, do you really mean "new carbs"?
