ride it yellow for a while and see what else you might need to do...tires...chain ect...then decide and do it while another task is at hand....imo

its a 1000 i guess the only emblems the guy could find at the time were the kz900 emblems.

Start, idle, run well, no blurps, no high speed wobbles etc... Ride her as it is and enjoy for a summer or so... Then you can figure what you want to change if anything at all...

Or be like so many, tear her apart then go OH CRAP but I just want to ride.... :laugh:

BTW, definitely worth the price... based on the image, good score...;)

he did not goes as far as some bikes we have been busting about......some guys get drinking and start painting the tires and brakes and anything the paint will stick too...the more you ride it the colors may not look so bad...the prettier it might get...

all of my girlfriends have been that way...ugly at first but then you get to know em and they get pretty over time...

that is a great bike and looks fine...for 1600 it looks GREAT!!!!

Lucky I did not paint it! I would have painted the chrome fenders yellow also! But I would have added some black two-tone! Well worth the price!
