There's a lot of Harleys down here and quite a bit of the whole Harley rider attitude but it's not too bad. I've actually had more old Harley guys compliment me on my bike than anyone else. It's funny to see a group of riders and you see some Harleys riding with a Goldwing, a BMW, a Ducati an old Kz an a Suzuki Burgman scooter. I'm not going to be able to get out this year since I'm still waiting for my pressure plate to come so I can get my clutch back together.

I'm with u Stu a bikes a bike. but u get the stupidity from both sides, and even within, its the sttitudes that piss me off, I got an old Ironhead and the Big Twin/Evo guys talk shit about those. And I got an Old Kaw and some of the Fairing puppies, talk their trash too. Mostly on the internet of course. Dont have the funds to go, but I may try to make it to Cherokee the end of April, a little closer to home

Rode to Daytona from PA with my bud on his 1976 H-D FXE (he still has it). Had a great time from what I can remember. Stopped in VA Beach and got my Z1B stuck in the sand. Bad photo, but sure wish I had that scooter.

Agreed. I've been a few times, and most of these big burly hardly hardcores grew up/learned to ride on the Zeds. They really appreciate a nice clean one, stock or not.
