anybody have any idea if AZ has the shoulder height restriction on handle bars i cant find any definitive answer

C. A person shall not operate a motorcycle, all-terrain vehicle or motor driven cycle equipped with handlebars that are positioned so that the hands of the operator are above the operator's shoulder height when the operator is sitting astride the seat and the operator's hands are on the handlebar grips.

That doesn't matter. The tiny stock brake can easily lock up the rear tire. Try it for yourself. Find a safe, traffic-free spot like a large empty parking lot, and try stopping quickly from 30 or 40 mph using just the front and then from the same speed using just the rear brake.

the whole idea is not just to add more stopping force but to do something ive never seen done i mean how many kzs have you seen with a trans am caliper on them
