Kawasaki dealer parts search utility

Hey all, just a heads up. A month ago I had mice chew through my GPz1100's DFI wiring harness. I had a spare DFI harness from a parts bike donor, but the mice also chewed the crap out of the special multi-wire positive battery cable (which I did not have a spare) and this cable p/n is discontinued. I went to my local Kawi dealer and they told me Kawasaki now has a nationwide computer dealer parts search app. Any dealer that has a specific part on the shelf, and the p/n is in Kawasaki's database, any dealer can find the part, and obtain instant contact information ! I found a dealer in PA that had not one but two of my discontinued cables in stock since 1989 ! So one phone call and 3 days later I hade my cable !
