The old KZ LIVES!!!!!!! was created by baborz72
I had time to go back into the carbs and tank/petcock filter tonight and came home to fire the bike up.... SHE RUNS....
Sounds pretty good aside from some popping and stuff like fire from the pipe(indicating an obviously rich condition). I,m sure the valve lash needs to be adjusted( I can hear it), and the oil needs to be changed. I just wanted to be sure it was worth putting any time into it first y'know.
SOUNDS FAAAAASSSSTTTTT!!!!!
Now, Just can't wait to ride it!!!!!!!!!!!!I'll keep y'all posted.

Good job!

Popping and flames usually indicate a LEAN condition. Most likely one or more carbs have a plugged idle circuit.

Y'know...I blew them out pretty good I thought. However I didn't remove the idle circuit screws. I bet there was some crap hiding in there.;)
Because it ran and idled really good @ first. It probably picked up some of said crap. i figured that after sitting for some 10 years it probably has some sticky valves too. We've got a REALLY good professional-grade fuel system cleaner @ work I'll try. ThanksB)
