Got my Pistons and cylinders

Got my stuff back form APE would take pics but I cant find the camera. 1170cc 10.25-1 comp pistons :woohoo: :woohoo:

Its a great feeling to see the box just waiting for you in the garage! Have fun.

I hope that with the 1170 kit you got the block re-sleeved. If not the engine will run very hot on the street. this is why I decided to go with a 1150 kit. It leaves the sleeve walls quite a bit thicker, and the engine is much more reliable. If you got new sleeves that is the best because now the walls are even thicker and the engine is as reliable as stock.

No new sleeves just had the 1100 block bored. Ive got a good sized oil cooler hopefully it will help keep it cooler.
Just thinkin would 5 cc's per cylinder make that big of a difference in wall thickness?
