factory manuals for 1983 650 CSR KAW.

So this might be a dumb ? but is it still possible for me to buy a factory manual for my 83 csr 650 kaw, or maybe another one that:blink: is close to this bike

There are a number currently on eBay (1981/82 models...which will work for your bike)...so the answer is yes.

I just came from (E-bay under factory manual kawasaki) there and couldn't find one, am I not looking under the right heading

Try to get one that covers 1982 if possible. It will be maroon colored. I believe the 1981 models have a yellow manual. In 1982, the carburetors were changed, and the Addendum in the back of the book covers these. I believe 1983 is very similar to 1982.

Owner's manaul - Yes. Factory manual - Nope.
All of the 81-83 KZ650 factory service manuals are maroon.
The one for the 83 model seems kinda rare - I've seen one on ebbaayy over the years. As mentioned, the manual that covers the 82 models will probably be fine. FYI... the factory manuals have a model application chart on the back cover. There's also a part number for the manual at the bottom of the back cover as well. For the 81-82 models it's part # 99924-1028-02. I don't know what it is for the 83 model.
