A California Kawasaki dealer ship was featured in 1977 Rockford files episode. It has some good shots of some new 900's KZ1000's and a new 1977 blue LTD 1000 on the show room floor.I have the episode on my DVR, would be nice to be able to put it on a DVD.It look to be a small dealer ship on the main drag.If you search to web you can down load episodes of the Rockford files. The title of the episode is The battle of Canoga Park.If any one find's it let us know.

You can go to Hulu and watch all 69 episodes of the Rockford Files and every other popular TV show. They have them listed but did not see "The battle of Canoga Park". Found out that seasons 4 and 5 not up yet so time will tell. Check it out, limited commercial interupption. :)

One of the best tv shows ever made. I used to watch them as a kid with my Dad every Friday night. "This is Jim Rockford. At the tone leave your name and message, and I'll get back to you".

"On the way to the ball game, Jim's day goes real bad when two squad cars full of policemen arrive at his trailer, to arrest him. And he has no idea what he's supposed to have done. Lieutenant Diehl is determined to bring him down this time – for the murder of Robert Reidy, committed with Jim's own gun! Did his new cleaning woman steal the gun? Jim begins to snoop around Reidy's part of town, and someone drops a hand grenade into his trailer! He gets the license number from the bomber's van, but it leads to a harmless old lady. He finds a connection to a man who owns a motorcycle dealership, and that man gets blown up! With his leads running out, Jim faces prison unless he can figure out who took his gun, and why the thief killed Reidy."

I should have this episode soon...

I watched it again to try to find the name of the dealer ship. They used the name Chalco's cycle shop on the front door, they put that there as it was the name used in the episode. It was definietly 1977 as ther were posters on the windows with 77 on them. And there is advertisement on the front door for Kawasaki Jet ski.

I DVR it every day and watch it with my 15 year old son. Angel is a classic and so is Isaac Hayes. Hey Rock Fish. One of the greatest shows ever. I use the starting of the show as my telephone ringer....Russ
