Another XS750 for the Collection was created by Tommotbird
Just bought this Yamaha XS750 on Ebay UK for £405. I placed the bid about 3 days ago with no serious intention of buying it but ended up winning. The usually sell for a bit more than this. The tank is from an XS750 Special which means than the standard side covers no longer fit as the tank is longer but I should be able to find some covers for a Special on Ebay.
Looks like I may have to join a Yamaha forum

Thanks for the post Mcdroid
Yes it probably does seem like a spend a lot of cash on buying bikes (I do!!) However spending 400-500 pounds on many bikes gives me a lot more fun than say $10,000 on a new bike.
Hi also 9am53 check out youtube, XS750 or Triumph Thunderbird Sport if you want to hear the sound of a triple.
Sounds a lot different to a twin or a four but then again it is!!
