Turn one was a right hand horseshoe at the end of Pocono's long straight. It was followed by a wicked left. Wayne was passing guys on the outside of turn one around the horseshoe.
At the end, it was the Mean Green Muzzy Machine that took the checkered flag! My wife even loved it!

I remember that article on the Muzzy 750. I watched Wayne kick ass with it at Pocono on the Factory 750. All those Honda Interceptors on the grid was something to see. Wayne picked them off at will.

luckily i kept all the mags from when I got into bikes, circa 1980 till their demise in 1991.
