Thanks guys, seat is almost as vintage as the bike (and owner for that matter)
When I was living in Cape Town they had a great run what you brung bike meet but they started knocking off spectator bikes from the car park to the point that attendance dropped. Organizers decided to to get a few security guards to patrol the area and sort the problem out. Worked great for 2 meetings and the some poor bugger can to them saying my bike has been stolen from the car park. They asked the security guards if they had seen what happened to the bike and one tells them that yes he saw the bike and that the owner (Thief)said it had broken down and he helped him to load it onto his truck!!!!:woohoo:
I guess if you are brazen enough you can get away with anything, but the disc lock is a bit of a deterent :lol:
