ZN700 shop Manual

I’m a newbie to this site, and enjoying reading all the threads. I ride a 1976 KZ 900 bored to 1013 with Vance & Hines 4 into 1. ( I’ve done some other things but I don’t like telling all)
A couple of years ago I purchased a 1984 ZN700 A1 for my wife to ride. I have been working on it “blind” as in that I don’t have a shop manual to help me out with the spec’s.
So, I’m asking, WHERE can I fine a shop manual?

What you are looking for is a KHI factory KZ750 Shaft shop manual BUT not the early editions. You need kawasaki part number 99924-1035-03 (or -04 or -05). The earlier editions cover the KZ750N1/N2 while the later editions cover those plus the P models and the ZN700 model. There are plenty of earlier edition manuals on eBay but the later edition manuals are not as common...have patience and watch eBay. All things eventually appear on eBay

The part number is on the back cover of the Kawasaki Factory Manual . The link below is for one that has a reasonable buy-it-now price. Contact the seller to double-check the part number. I'm just guessing it would be correct for your application.

It might be pricey, but www.repairmanual.com should have it. They sometimes sell used manuals too.

Books4cars is another place, but they're pricy too.
