That's a very young Jeremy Clarkson. And those stabilisers help with low speeds. The C1 could have used them. Peugeot brought out a concept scooter with a roof and two front wheels Piaggio MP3 style.

I want to see what happens when they stop that thing on a steep grade or close to a curb or car. When the "stabilizer" hits a car or curb does this vehicle fall over?

At 50K Pounds, I'd expect it to at least have a gyroscopic stabilization system (like the Segway) to keep it upright.

Sort of reminds me of the old movie from the early 80's TRON that they are remaking and releasing in the next couple of months.
I like the idea a lot better than the one wheel unicycle.
