all hail the turbo! like i always tell em when your running an a 30 plus year old 2v motor against a 180hp 4v motor with exhuast ports bigger than the intakes on the 2v that little turbo is just an equalizer! :woohoo:
You guys and these damn turbo bikes! If I get the time this week, I will drive accross town and see if I can get some pics, of a turbo/nitrous Z1, a friend of mine owns. It has been like that for many years, sometimes it blows the transmission right out of it. It is a small tire bike with all the bells and whistles, it has more electronics then anyone would ever need, in a lifetime. He is a long time friend and I don't think he will have a problem, letting me shoot some photos. He is very tight lipped about the motor,(it's a mechanic thing! between us) but I will ask him about it. I would never tell him "But it is fast"

regardless of what you might read not all busas are box stock 9 sec machines, maybe with a 125lb horse jockey pro rider on a perfect track under ideal conditions. same thing goes for a turbo bike, all the power in the world is useless when it goes up in tire smoke or wheelies.and if you cant ride it it dont matter what youre on,if the vespa in the far lane cuts a good light and you smoke the tire 3/4 track you lose! That was a slow busa
