wobble at 87 mph

I have another quick question for ya, but please dont do this unless you really feel safe and comfortable at the time.. If you let go of the handlebars at slow speeds 20-25 mph does it wobble? The only way i knew i had a wobble was when i was going slow and let go of the handlebars..
actually it does, I sometimes take my hands off to fix my helmet/sunglasses, and at slower speeds (like 25-40 mph) I have found that it does wobble slightly, not much, but enough that I noticed it

Thats how mine started too, got progressively worse. That spanner nut on the steering stem helped a little, then the new tire got rid of it altogether. My stem bearings are tight but do check that also.
