Cover article is on the Z1R, next article is on the F series dual purpose, pics of a Mach III and z900 from a biking holiday trip in Spain, and an article comparing the Kz twins with Triumph twins. To top it off the "Show Stopper" (centerfold) of the issue is a 73 brown and orange Z1.

Picked up a copy today. Pretty cool stuff. I also saw another mag that had a three cylinder comparo - H1, Trident, and Laverda???. Not sure of the last one.

Where are you finding these? On rare occasion I have found this mag at Barnes and Noble, but more often than not, it isn't there.

I haven't had any luck with Barnes and Noble, but my local Borders seems to always carry it. In other cities I haven't found it, though. Too bad we don't have a comparable mag in the US...I struggle to justify the overseas subscription.

I think CMM is the best magazine on the market for vintage bikes. They have a good balance of tech 'how-to' and motorcycle test articles, and they always seem to find plenty to talk about for all the many and varied models they feature.

It's a magazine you sit down to read rather than look at the pictures. I know I've picked up a few tips from their tech tips (like how to get a frozen piston out of a caliper).

Sounds like an awesome mag - can one subscribe?

Just checked online - looks like 100 pounds (sorry, no symbol for that) or roughly $160 US for 2 years - pretty steep for sure. How much are the single issues going for??
