It does look like a parts bike.

I wonder if the wiring harness is gold to. Gold is a great conductor. I bet they left out that small detail.

The bike, if it is worth that much (and the people who know claimed it did emphatically) should definitely be dusted off:huh: I'm just glad that someone thought enough of their kz to do such a thing, gaudy as it is...

That looks like an '80 or '81 tank now that I inspect it further. Engine does not, however. Any takers...?

Looks like 77/78 to me, but has z1R side covers on it.. waste of a good magneto also..
