I have been running around using my I-phone with the standard ear-buds and love having the music along with the ability to take calls (at least at in town speeds) while driving.
I am considering wiring my full face helmet with speakers and a mike and want to be able to still use the I-phones MP3 and Phone features.
Buying a Chatterbox setup at $300-400 isn't in the budget right know so I am looking at something cheaper.
A couple of options I've come up with:
1) Griffin has a cable that will allow you to use any helmet headphones with your I-phone
www.griffintechnology.com/products/smarttalk
which means I would still need to buy the headphones
2) Bikeintercom.com has a set up that looks promising also:

Does anyone use either of these or have a better solution that doesn't involve a lot of soldering and black tape?
