saw one of these in person yesterday 2003 aprillia tuono racing..carbon fiber everywhere...oz wheels..ohlins front and back and dampner...stock...so light so cool...stock carbon foiber and ohlins bike..low miles used 5-7000...my new want list...plus...i fit in the rearsets..narrow,125 hp v twin dripping in goodies stock

there is one of those on craigslist locally. very cool bike but, from what I hear they are not very reliable? alotta of guchi stuff on it though.

not to jack the thread but my friend who owns it does testing and stuff for aprillia america and raced daytona and rode for pops etc...he says the 2003 is the one to watch for not the other ones and that this thing has been glitch free and they go 80,000 he knows this year/model they got it right...sold me on it...it wheighs nothing and has big low end and high end balls...i could smile all ride in the twisties on one...but a well set up 2003 ZX-9 or a zx12r or a 2001 R1...or a 1999 yzf 1000 would also do these things for a lot less...just this was uber cool...very dripping in high tech for any age bike

if you are talking about the candy green kz 1000 z1r with 601 on the fairing........ :S it looks to be a pmfr solid single strut drag swing arm (no shock).....you adjust rear end height by moving the aluminum axle adjusters up or down...... :pinch: strip only unless you like hemorrhoids ...... :lol:
