Always get excited when I see an old Z out on the tarmac. Was driving to Newport Beach, CA yesterday morning and there next to me is a 74 (pretty sure) Z-1 that looked largely stock except for the exhaust and finned points cover, from what I could see. Also catching my attention, secondarily of course, was the accoutrement perched on the passenger pillion, looking every bit as good as the hardware she was riding on. Was thinking, given a choice between the Z and the accoutrement, although admittedly difficult, I'd probably choose the Z. Boy does life's priorities change when you get old!
