summer vacation

i just had an amazing brain fart i can manage to kill a whole lot of things off in one trip this summeri'm going to start my vacation off june26 head to montery cali watch the laguna gp then dip my toe in the pacific then head for south texas for a bit by way of phoenix thats right dave i'll be checking up on you. spend some quality time in corpus christi and area then head north for my favorite adult playground sturgis by way of nebraska [plummen find that ignition housing because i'll be stopping in to pick it up] then sturgis for two fun filled weeks then drive back to work. it sounds like fun dosent it.as long as i'm back before the 21 or so of august i'll be fine. this will be great.

Now thats a trip !

Sounds great. I hope to get some quality saddle time like that this summer too....only not quite as ambitious a trip.

well i googled [man that just sounds strange] and found out the milage for the trip it is just under 5000 miles give or take a few and also if i stay onthe interstates which doesn't appeal to me much. i think i can ithink ican.

with the stomach problems i'm devoleping and the fact i'm 45 now i'm afraid that this might be my only chance to do something as adventurous as this so i'm going to give it hell well i can.

Are you a teacher that you can take the whole summer off? I was planning a trip to sturgis and riding on through to california to see my brother in Laguna Hills but that I think of it wonder if it would be possible to go to see the race spend time there with him and then come back and do mid ohio days. hmmmm. I saw it in Indianapolis and man was that an experience in the rain and the mega cans of Foster. Good thing I borrowed my friends rain jacket (the guy who rides an Indian and buys everything Harley)kept me warm and dry. Thinking people were going to throw empty beer cans at me from having the big arsed orange logo on the back I noticed that just about everyone else was wearing one too. ?????:dry: What gives? John Q Public going to see rice burners. Harley I hope to shit you idiots are noticing what your fans are doing and get on the bandwagon. So I got all the Harley wannabes or riders or whatever category they fall in to saying "nice jacket those are the best bikes." :huh: as I would patronize them and say "Yeah. Thanks as I would cough out a barely audible "BULLSPIT" and then I told them that I love real bikes too.
I don't mind Hardlys but come on when they dominate the pack instead of allowing individual thinking that seems like brainwashing to me. lol And they are watching the RICE on the track. Quite an idiosyncracy. Harley really needs to get on the whole race thing because if they think their company is going to last with not trying to even compete with the rice then they will go the way of the Indian which at least was an incredible bike for the time that they copied the design of. Sorry, I digress.

there are alot of everybody's bikes at seca.....i cant speak for indy...seca has been like the common denominator for motor folks of all kinds ...they come from all over... and harley has a great tent where you get goodies and hotties will take a photo with ya,plus harley had a/c fans in their tent last year with swivel snorkles to direct the air any way you needed,could point it down your coller and get some sun relief...we went back every hour to reset the body thermostats the harley guys and models are right in the middle of all the other bike makers tents too and they were great guys and gals,,,,,, .not the die hard erik the viking type,white power,nazi cap wearing,pauly chopper types in wife beaters,not the zztop smelly,both feet in front of the engine,showing my nieces there hunting knives and armpits,not the open pipes downshifting at 10 mph thinking they own the world,not the easyrider wont wave back on the freeway type,not the vested patch wearing wanna kick in the nuts to see if your my type kind,not the drug running hitman start a fight in public places whiile someones grandma is pulling the slot machine two feet away,not the satans riders on their arm written type,not the get a race series built for just "your" shitty bike and call it "racing"type...
just all around nice guys who prefer for some reason the lorenzo lamas look and pay hot chicks(who's real boyfriends ride kawasakis) to give out posters crowd....did i miss anything...oh yeah summer vacation
