One comment on the vid says "it was a 500 h1 and they added two outside cylinders. extended the crank, it came to be 850cc.". Pretty sick!

Yes that's Allen Millyard creation. I remember a few years ago he built one of these 5 cylinders at a show. They showed him in a video building the engine then attempting to kickstart it. Took 2 or 3 kicks then sounded like a nice factory 5 cylinder whatever that is, but impressive. Genius for sure.
