You guys have so many bikes lying around in peoples barns and sheds and stuff! You can go tot he next county or whatever and pick up some wicked old find and turn it into something cool. It just boils my bottom! :woohoo:

Just ranting, I love you guys, I just wish I lived in an area of the world that had more bikes laying around, here on this lonely island there aren't a lot of old bikes.

Have you seen that CSR up in the Craigslist thread? Holy crap thats awesome.

I've got shit luck too, only bike I've picked up in the past year was a 1980 CB400 that I ended up having to buy a whole new bottom end for.

I'd usually complain that I never have any luck either, but since I found that 900 Ltd this fall, my complaining days are over for a while.

Now I just have to figure out where to get all the money it's going to take to restore it the way I want. :)

I think you are mistaken as to how easy it is to find bikes here. I would have to say that in order to get most of the bikes I own, it involved sitting my ass in the truck and driving all day and most of the night. :angry: :angry: :angry:

But thats the problem, I drive for longer than 8 hours and I gotta grow some gills, or drive 8 hours and then take a 6 hour ferry ride to get to mainland North America! I'd be more than willing to sit my ass in the truck for a couple days to get a cool project.

Heres my city, with some cruise ship coming in for some reason. We still got cannons guarding our harbour, can you see them, haha, its a historic site.
