Got my new lid(helmet) today was created by oldkaws4ever
I scored this off ebay for 89 dollars with free shipping. It is a Z1R Phantom helment, pretty slick looking lid, nothin fancy but it gets it done. Here are a few shots of it.

Saw those at Cycle Gear just the other day. They look really nice. I like the matte finish on them.

Oh, OK... I thought they only came in the matte. Probably as far as I looked at them at the store.

ya, for 89 bucks you can't beat it. It is really comfortable fitting, cant wait to try it out on the bike, that is if it ever stops snowing here anytime soon.
