Well I finally waited the week and got her home. First issue is she will not idle under 3000 RPM's. Its an 1981 KZ1100 B1 Gpz. She only has a little over 1800 miles and runs great over that Rpm range and thoughts. From what I can see she is bone stock, I just ordered a manual but for now where should I start? Thanks Guys

First some history and condition would help but.

Clean her
tires, chain, cables, inspect frame and electricals, Look for safety issues. You know carbs need cleaning. new plugs and look at the wires, inspect tank and get new gas hoses and inline filter. Battery and oil change. After all that see if she fires. Dial it in and enjoy! Oh yea get a manual and give us some pics. Ask questions but most of all remember to never shortcut cause your life and safety is put up as collateral and to default is no fun.

If you have never had a bike before read this
ambergrismooon.blogspot.com/
Just read the first ....later on you can read the others if you've a mind to but the first one helps the newer riders.

Good luck with her she sounds nice and that is very low miles is there an "0" missing?!!!

Does it still have the the stock fuel injection?

If so, replace all the vacuum lines and check the air intake system for restrictions.
