Chrome tool box?

Hey guys, this looks interesting. A chrome tool box for a 1079 KZ650! What the hell is it and where would you mount it? :woohoo: Is it for real or does the guy not know what it is?:blink:

Pretty sure it's supposed to mount under the headlight,on the front of the bike somewhere.

If I had to guess I think he's reaching. Looks to me to be an old tractor toolbox or such. I have a 1st year 650 and the tools rest in a tray under the seat behind the battery. Could be an old Harley box I guess.

It is actually a stock tool box off a motorcycle (or moped), just not a KZ anything

Mounts crosswise under the seat somewhere so the ends are accessible.

I actually had a bike that had one of those on it, but it was a long time ago, and I've had so many bikes I can't remember which one.

Best guess is a sixties model
