Does a 78 650 SR really bring that much in Canada? If so....
I just got a 79 SR that needs carbs for $150.

Yes, they are more expensive here. Take this for example in my neck of the woods:

KZ1000

When this first came up, if I recall the starting price was $2000:

KZ650SR

Then consider the riding season is only 4-5 months, as the roads are not clear of the winter salt and sand 'till late May, and you can ride into October, maybe November, but wear your wool undies and be ready for snow. B)
