I'm happy as a pig in mud!

I just managed to snipe a set of 4 fuel injectors with the fuel rail for $33.00 with 14 seconds remaining. I looked them up on Ron Ayers and they show the injectors as costing $256.14 each. I don't need them at the moment since mine are working fine, but just having them for spares will make me sleep a bit better.

It's about time something went right today the starter on my truck decided to take a dump and I managed to break a fitting this morning while repairing the drain line for my kitchen sink. I have to fix the truck first before I can go buy the stuff I need at Lowes to fix the drain.:S

My apologies Michael, that's the one thing I hate about this new "blind" ebay format. In the past if I knew another KZR member was bidding on something I'd stay off it, even if it was something I wanted, but now there isn't anyway to tell.:blush:

Oh Andy, I ain't ticked...I wanted it for the same reason you did, as spares...and if I really needed it, my maximum would been much higher than it was:lol: :lol: But you bring up an interesting point...the new system on eBay does present an obstacle to preventing needless competition between KZR members. I got recently into a bidding war on eBay over a DFI sensor device (and lost the war, BTW) and the winner turned out to be one of our moderators (KZCSI)...but he offered to lend it, if needed. I'm afraid we are all back in competition on eBay. But, I'm happy (in a twisted way) that a KZR member got the injectors.

Don't you just hate it when that happens ??

The big bonus, IMO, is that SOMEONE on here got the stuff for a very good price, i.e. almost free....
and it didn't go to some lowlife hoarder/flipper out to make a fast buck two or three months down the road.
