Here is my latest KZ1000

Just got this one Friday. The guy agreed to end the auction for much less than it would have sold for. Got the running bike, title, rolling chassis, two complete engines and a few boxes of parts in the deal. I will be cleaning and tuning it this week and hope to have it for sale by this weekend. It is a 77 with ugly paint and a very nice one year old V&H chrome pipe. The guy said he was told one of the motors had been overhauled and built up. He said he could not say if it's true or not but that would be a nice bonus if it is. I will know more in a few weeks when I hve a chance to tear into them. You should be able to flip that one pretty quick. Nice that it has had the LTD wheels and brakes added. I don't think ending the auction early was a good move for the seller, probably would have brought more if he let it go to the end.

I can't wait to dig into the motors and see if there are any goodies in there. Also came with a few boxes of parts like carbs (3 sets), side covers, seats, extra rear wheel and nice tire, handle bar controls and that sort of thing. Bike needs a good scrubbing but should be pretty decent when done. Rolling chassis has some electrical stuff, mag wheels, gauges, chrome kickstand and a real nice chrome front fender that I will stash away. The frame will go to the scrap yard unless anyone wants it.
