dead cyls

ok, on the kz1000p, i get fire/gas to 2&4, but 1 and 3 are dead.
I cleaned the carbs and put new BR8ES plugs in it. they are all getting spark per test plugs inserted into the wires and starting the bike to check for spark on all 4 wires individually, great looking fire in the plugs.

What i am stumbling on is where to start looking for a resolve on getting fire on the dead cylinders.

I broke my ratchet so any more dinking around with it tonight is out of the question.

Just wondering if i should pull the carbs again and go back into them. maybe something else is blocking fuel, although the bowls are full at all times.

are the plugs getting wet on the dead cyls, also what about swapping the wires on the coils to see if the problems change

How the hell do you break a rachet working on plugs,,, and why do you only have one???

I broke my 1/2" ratchet working on something else.
I live close to a parts house and will exchange it today.

My other one is in my work truck locked in a warehouse i have no key for.
